During the summer, we are always eating watermelon and I love to find new ways to include watermelon. My family will eat watermelon by itself. In fact my children can eat an entire watermelon all by themselves. I’m only exaggerating a little! So, that’s a perk with these popsicles. The kids will just eat one and it forces them to slow down and enjoy this treat!

Tips
- If you’re not using a silicone popsicle mold and you’re having trouble removing frozen popsicles; try running the mold under warm water to help release the popsicles.
- If you don’t have a lid for your popsicle mold; you can first freeze the popsicles a bit first and then add the popsicle sticks to avoid them falling over. Then continue freezing the popsicles until frozen solid.
